Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

The Notre Dame Club of McHenry County will host a lecture on health care reform Wednesday.

Dr. William Evans, an economics professor at the University of Notre Dame, will speak at 7:30 p.m. at Marian Central Catholic High School, 1001 McHenry Ave., Woodstock.

Evans will discuss four key issues any comprehensive health care reform package should address, measure how President Obama's plan approaches the four issues, and suggest impacts of the proposed health care reform.

The free event is the 2012 installment of the Notre Dame Club of McHenry County's Hesburgh Lecture series, named for Father Ted Hesburgh, president emeritus of the university.

A light reception will follow Evans' lecture. The event is open to the public.
