2 dead after house fire in suburban Chicago

LA GRANGE – Authorities say two people are dead after a house fire in the Chicago suburb of La Grange.

A man in his 90s and a woman whose age wasn't available died after being transported to a nearby hospital early Saturday. A passerby and a neighbor first noticed the fire.

Captain David Rapp of the La Grange Fire Department says the fire is out and investigators are trying to determine the cause.
