Grafton supervisor calls for end to election challenge

Grafton Township Supervisor Linda Moore is calling for an end to a legal challenge to the candidacy of one of her 2013 primary opponents.

In a news release emailed Saturday, Moore said Huntley Village Trustee and former Grafton Administrator Pam Fender has a right to be on the February primary ballot.

“Mr. [Marty] Waitzman, I am asking you to have your supporters withdraw their objections to Ms. Fender’s rightful place on the ballot,” Moore said in the release.
