Sheriff: Chicago man crashed stolen car near Marengo

WOODSTOCK – A Chicago man was arrested Sunday after he crashed a vehicle reported stolen out of Harvard, according to the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office.

Richard A. Enriquez, 32, has been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, driving under the influence and driving while license revoked.

Deputies were called to the 2500 block of Route 20 in an unincorporated area near Marengo at around 11 p.m. Sunday for a report of a single-vehicle accident, according to a press release.
