LITH plans to burn invasive plants today
LAKE IN THE HILLS – The village has scheduled a prescribed burn for today at the Meadowbrook Wetland west of Haligus Road on Miller Road.
V3 Companies will perform the burn as part of maintenance of the area.
During the burn, residents should keep pets inside and keep windows closed. Workers will make every effort to prevent drifting smoke, the village said in a news release.
