Article:	Oslance: Promote, support and educate: A recipe for success On Nov. 29, the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce completed its annual Board of Directors retreat. The objective was to develop a strategic plan both long term and for 2013 that will provide a framework for the board, committees and staff in leadership, growth and program development. It will be through this plan that we continue to adapt to meet the needs of our members and the community.
