ELGIN – Announcement has been made of the engagement of Yahaira Guzman of Elgin and Ricardo Ledesma of Schiller Park.

She is the daughter of Ms. Edna Rausseo of Elgin. He is the son of Eduardo and Maria Ledesma of Schiller Park.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Larkin High School in Elgin, a 2006 graduate of DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in public policy and a 2009 graduate of DePaul University with a master’s degree in public administration. She is a case manager at the police department for the city of Elgin.
