Body of fetus found 
outside suburban mall

LOMBARD – Authorities in west-suburban Chicago say the body of a fetus was found in a trash bin outside a shopping mall.

Police and prosecutors said they’re investigating the death. They said the fetus was found Saturday outside the Yorktown Mall in Lombard. Authorities said results of an autopsy on the fetus are pending.
