• Phillip Reed Abernathy, 32, 717 Irving Ave., Woodstock, was charged Monday, Sept. 24, with two counts of domestic battery.
• Raymond S. Toepper, 41, 1660 Woodside Court, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 26, with driving under the influence and driving without headlights.
• Linda C. Swanger, 61, 3811 Lincolnshire, McHenry, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and disregarding a stop sign.
• Patrick Jon Shoemaker, 25, 1632 Tappan St., Woodstock, was charged Sunday, Sept. 30, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and failure to signal.
• Jose E. Santoyo, 29, 313 Elgin Ave., East Dundee, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 2, with domestic battery and interference with domestic battery.
• Jonathan Drew Bogert, 44, 1264 Thomas Drive, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 3, with driving under the influence and driving without registration.
• Stephanie Stavnem, 20, 10724 Shenandoah Drive, Huntley, was charged Friday, Oct. 5, with possession of marijuana, driving without a license, and speeding.
• Jerrell Dorsey Walker Jr., 29, 2388 Dawson Lane, Algonquin, was charged Friday, Oct. 5, with aggravated battery to a child, domestic battery, and battery.
