The Bears did their part on Sunday, beating Arizona 28-13.

They also got a little help. Which means that in Week 17, the Bears (9-6) will need to win at Detroit (4-11) and have Green Bay (11-4) beat Minnesota (9-6) to earn the NFC's final wild card spot. The final wild card will open at either San Francisco or Green Bay.

In Sunday's win, the Bears again got a lot of help from their defense. Zack Bowman scored on a 1-yard fumble return and Charles Tillman scored on a 10-yard interception as the Bears went to 6-0 in games when their defense has scored.

Matt Forte ran for a touchdown before leaving the game with an ankle injury. Brandon Marshall also caught an 11-yard touchdown pass.
