In August, friends of Anthony “Moose” Mustari were preparing to leave for college while Moose was preparing for a bone-marrow transplant. Now, it’s Christmastime. Moose is recovering from this life-saving operation, and I am asking our community to help the Mustari family recover from a mountain of medical bills.

The Miracles for Moose fundraiser will be held on Saturday, Dec. 29. Festivities start at 9:30 a.m. at the Leafs Ice Centre in West Dundee and continue at 1:30 p.m. at Sponsors Bar and Grill in Huntley. Your generous support will help the Mustari family of Crystal Lake as they help Moose regain his health. You can enjoy a day of winter sports, good food, and loyal friends just trying to turn this one special day into a Christmas miracle for Moose.
