Sessions to help seniors reduce fear of falling
CRYSTAL LAKE – Crystal Lake Senior Services Associates will offer “A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls” for eight weeks starting Feb. 12.
The sessions will run from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays at the agency, 110 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake.
A workbook is provided and refreshments will be served.
