A McHenry sheriff's ‘Top 10’ fugitive nabbed in Arkansas
WOODSTOCK – A woman listed on the McHenry County sheriff’s Top Ten Fugitive List has been apprehended in Arkansas.
Sarah E. Frye, 32, also known as Sarah E. Weed, pleaded guilty in 2004 to retail theft and endangering the life or health of a child.
According to the criminal complaint, the child was not in a child-safety seat while Frye “eluded police in a pursuit.”
