Mr. and Mrs. Phalin
CRYSTAL LAKE – Don and Arline Phalin of Crystal Lake will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner hosted by their children.
Arline Svoboda and Don Phalin were married Jan. 24, 1953, at St. Patrick Church in McHenry officiated by the Rev. John McGowan. They first lived in Rockford after their marriage.
He was a salesman with John Hancock Life and has been retired since 1993.
