The McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend a Breakfast N' Learn on "HR for Business in 3 Easy Steps" presented by Eileen King of The Outsource Group Inc. This three-part series will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 21, March 7 and March 21. Arrive at 7 a.m. for a free breakfast.

The Feb. 21 session will focus on how to balance the growth of your business with the demands of day-to-day operations. Topics covered will include multi-tasking, customer service, back office operations, and how to efficiently manage all the aspects of your business.

Mach 7 session will be about how government defines your business. This session we will review compliance and the impact regulations have on running your business legally. Included will be information on the Healthcare Reform Act, accounting, and tax changes.

March 21 session will ask: Do you truly understand the Human Capital Equation in your business? This session will explore human capital is impacted by payroll, employment laws, workers compensation, SUTA and FUTA. The pros and cons of outsourcing also will be discussed.
