ST. LOUIS – Announcement has been made of the engagement of Charlotte Picard of St. Louis and Charles Williamson of Chicago.

She is the daughter of Blair and Leslie Picard of St. Charles, Mo., formerly of Crystal Lake. He is the son of Charles Williamson of St. Charles, Mo., and Verna Pribble of O’Fallon, Mo.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Crystal Lake Central High School and a 2009 and 2011 graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She is an epidemiologist for the St. Louis City Department of Health.
