Pre-K registration starting in District 200

WOODSTOCK – Registration for District 200 preschool programs begins Friday.

The district offers grant-funded and tuition-based preschool options, as well as a dual-language program.

Registration for the tuition-based and dual-language programs runs through Feb. 22. Applications can be turned in at the Verda Dierzen Early Learning Center, 2045 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock.

Qualifying for free enrollment under the grant-funded program – open to 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds – requires a screening to determine whether a child could benefit from early education.

Screenings will be Feb. 6, April 3, April 17, May 8, May 28 and May 30. To schedule a screening, call 815-338-8883.
