WOODSTOCK – A man on the McHenry County Sheriff's Office Top Ten Fugitive List since November has been arrested in Madison, Wis.

Ivan G. Hernandez-Gonzalez, 23, was wanted for charges including criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, violation of an order of protection, domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, theft, and leaving the scene of an accident.

An arrest warrant for Hernandez-Gonzalez was issued on Feb. 29, 2012, on allegations that he sexually assaulted a juvenile female. The sheriff's office and Crystal Lake Police Department were unable to locate him and he was considered a fugitive.
