Seniors invited to ‘The Sea Islands’
JOHNSBURG – Seniors can take an armchair tour of "The Sea Islands" with Senior Services Associates and a representative of Mayflower Tours at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the McHenry Township Senior Center, 3519 N. Richmond Road.
Mayflower’s Value Tour of 2013 includes a guided tour of the Great Smokey Mountains, Beaufort and Charleston S.C., and Savannah, Ga.
Along the way, seniors will watch for dolphins on the Beaufort River and see some “easy Southern cooking” at Barbara Jeans.
