Great Lakes Beaming Bioneers series continues
CRYSTAL LAKE – The second lecture of a free, four-part Great Lakes Beaming Bioneers Series will feature Nancy Tuchman, director of the Institute of Urban Environmental Sustainability at Loyola University, Chicago.
She will present “Engaging In Transformation” at 7 p.m. today in the Luecht Conference Center at McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake.
Tuchman will talk about how Loyola University is seeking to be a carbon-neutral institution, which engages all stakeholders in the process of sustainable decision-making considering the social, economic and environmental impacts through a transformative educational experience.
