The village is looking for interested residents to fill vacancies on two Huntley panels.
Both the Huntley Zoning Board of Appeals and the Huntley Historic Preservation Commission have open slots. To qualify, a person must live in Huntley and have experience with historic preservation, architectural history, engineering, finance and neighborhood organization.
Any interested candidate must be willing to attend monthly meetings. Village President Chuck Sass ultimately has to nominate a resident, who then has to be approved by the Village Board.
