Mardi Gras party to debut in CL

CRYSTAL LAKE – Jambalya, Zydeco music, masks, beads and hurricanes await at a Mardi Gras celebration from 7 to 11 p.m. Feb. 9 at Park Place, 406 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake.

Featuring Cajun and New Orleans-style food catered by 3 Chefs Catering, this debut Mardi Gras event will include dancing, raffle prizes, a best costume contest, beads and masks.

Tickets cost $25 per person. A cash bar will feature hurricane drinks.
