Algonquin schools seek gently used books

ALGONQUIN – Why not give some of the books your family once adored a chance to ignite a young person’s love of reading?

The Westfield Community School PTO, together with the Jacobs High School Rotary Interact Club, is collecting gently used books to distribute to District 300 classrooms in need.

Teachers will make donated books available for in-school silent reading or give them to students with few books to read at home.
