Guns and St. Mary’s
To the Editor:
We are gun owners and hunters. Weapons of mass murder such as assault rifles, giant magazines and “cop killer,” armor-piercing bullets are not needed for hunting or home protection.
In defending these military-type weapons, the NRA is defending only the needs of terrorists and future mass murderers. A civilized society would ban them.
