The U.S. Constitution states, “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ...”
If Hobby Lobby chooses to follow biblical principles as guidelines for the operation of its business, it should be able to do so. It should not be fined or forced to close its doors. It is protected by our Constitution.
