Huntley Tea Party to host former congressman
HUNTLEY – Former Congressman Joe Walsh will join the Huntley Tea Party on Feb. 20 to discuss the U.S. Congress, Republican strategies for negotiating and dealing with Democrats on taxes, spending, government expansion, and more.
The program will be at 7 p.m. at the Huntley Park District building, 12015 Mill St., Huntley. It is just west of Route 47. The doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Walsh also will explain how citizens can help influence important issues and events. There will be plenty of time for questions.
