Man charged in Cook, DuPage hair salon robberies
WHEATON – Law enforcement authorities in DuPage County are accusing an Evanston man of allegedly robbing a tobacco store and three hair salons.
State's Attorney Robert Berlin says 41-year-old Jason Logsdon entered the businesses armed with a pellet gun, pointed it at the clerks and demanded money. He fled each scene on foot.
Logsdon was arrested Feb. 4. He is charged with four counts of armed robbery. He allegedly robbed a Bensenville tobacco store, two Lombard hair salons and one in Glen Ellyn. He also faces similar charges in Cook County.
