Power restored near Union

UNION - Electricity has been restored to the more than 1,200 ComEd customers who lost power Monday morning due to downed power lines in Union, according to the Union Police Department.

An official from ComEd said the outage affected customers in Seneca, Coral and Riley townships.

The downed power lines were found east of Main Street and south of Highbridge Road at around 5:30 a.m. in Union.
