Nicole Martin, who is skilled in helping organizations meet their strategic objectives through their people, will explain what it takes to build a best-in-class, award-winning workplace.
As founder of HRBoost LLC she advises on best practices, legislative compliance and HR’s role in strategic alignment. Martin serves on the advisory board for Chicago’s “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” and acts as a representative for business development in the region.
