To the Editor:

My mother is in her upper 80s and resides in the Del Webb community. She, along with many other elderly citizens, relies on the Grafton Township senior bus for transportation. Linda Moore not only has cut the salary of the drivers, but also has threatened to cease the program altogether. By reducing the salary of the drivers, they will need to seek other employment to pay their own bills, thus leaving the township without drivers.

If Moore had any respect for senior citizens, she would find an alternate way of cutting the budget, perhaps cutting her outrageous salary, instead of cutting the much-needed transportation for the seniors.
