To the Editor:

I have known Don Kopsell for more than 16 years going back to when our subdivision still had gravel roads. Don has been instrumental in working on improving many of the township’s nondedicated roads, utilizing state and county motor-fuel tax funds.

Don works with our local home-owners associations to ensure our roads are brought up to standards and are well-maintained and safe. Over the years, he has upgraded roads in many subdivisions. Don was responsible for ensuring new and safe railroad crossings were installed at Edgewood and East Hillside.
