MCC offers private investigation class

McHENRY – McHenry County College offers Introduction to Private Investigation Feb. 21 through April 11 at the Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane, McHenry.

Taught by a working licensed private detective, participants will learn how to locate lost loved ones, investigate fraud, interview witnesses to cases and how to work in an undercover operation.

This class fulfills the training requirements mandated by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for obtaining the Permanent Employee Registration Card. The PERC is necessary for anyone interested in pursuing this profession. All course materials are included in the course fee of $209.
