Red Cross will teach baby-sitting
CARY – An official Red Cross Babysitting Class will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Cary Area Public Library, 1606 Three Oaks Road.
The class is for children ages 11 to 14 and provides them with with the knowledge and skills to safely baby-sit children and infants. They’ll learn leadership skills, how to develop a business, safety and basic first aid, and how to help children behave.
Participants will learn the ins and outs of baby-sitting from a certified Red Cross instructor.
