Cary to sponsor drawing contest

CARY – Club Looseleaf is holding a drawing contest to benefit children staying at the Advocate Condell Medical Center’s Pediatric Unit.

Artists can submit drawings of uplifting scenes, sayings or quotes for children in the hospital.

Entries for the “Drawing Healthy Competition” must be submitted by March 31. Drawings will be posted on Facebook where people will be able to vote. Voting will end April 30.

The winner will receive a $60 drawing kit from Reprographics in Crystal Lake and two free games of bowling at the Brunswick Zone in Algonquin. Second place will receive a $50 drawing kit, and two free games of bowling. Third, fourth and fifth place will each receive two free games of bowling.

Looseleaf is a Cary-based organization that hosts and sponsors events in McHenry and Lake counties that support an optimistic and safe environment.
