Deserves a chance

To the Editor:

In March 2012, I took food to the food pantry on Vine Street to help feed the needy and hungry residents. I had heard the pantry was in need of food, etc. I met Linda Moore and found her to be very friendly, kind and dedicated to finding food for needy families.

I later found out that the board had hired someone to take over her job as Grafton Township supervisor and was making her life very difficult. Linda had to go to court and was restored to her duly elected job as township supervisor. The total cost of the trustees’ litigation has been more than $530,000 at the expense of township taxpayers.
