Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

The Huntley Rotary Club is seeking participants and sponsors for its fifth annual bags tournament, which benefits the Grafton Food Pantry.

Teams competing in the tournament-style bags event on Saturday, March 9, have to win a three-game series each round to advance to the next level. First and second place champions will receive cash prizes of $350 and $250, respectively.

Interested players can download a registration form for their two-person team through the Rotary's website, www.huntleyrotary.org, or through phone at (224) 629-0546. Registration costs are $70 per team. The fee covers a lunch buffet.

Interested sponsors can donate $100 and advertise during the event. For more information on sponsorships, contact Leigh Ann Porsch at (847) 669-5386, ext. 35, or email her at laporsch@huntleylibrary.org.

The bags tournament is March 9 at the Tee2Green Indoor Golf & Gallery Sports Lounge, 11173 Dundee Rd., Huntley.
