Top 5 Tips to Take Better Care of Your Heart:

 - If you smoke, quit.

- Get regular exercise.  150 minutes per week is recommended.

- Eat more plant-based foods, including nuts, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

- Choose lean meats and low-fat dairy products.

- Limit saturated to less than 15g per day and trans fats to less than 2g per day.
