Bodies found in fire-damaged Chicago apartment

CHICAGO — Authorities in Chicago are investigating the deaths of two women who were stabbed before the building they were in was set on fire.

Firefighters found the women's bodies Wednesday in a bathroom of the burning apartment building in the Chatham neighborhood on Chicago's South Side.

Authorities say both 24-year-old Curtria Duncan and 42-year-old Cherie Adams were stabbed multiple times. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
