Feldman gives up a run in Cubs spring training debut
MESA, Ariz. – Announced as Oakland’s Opening Day starter before the game, Brett Anderson allowed one hit in two scoreless innings Thursday in the Athletics’ 5-3 loss to the Cubs.
Anderson struck out one and walked none in his first outing of spring training.
In his first appearance for the Cubs after leaving Texas as a free agent, Scott Feldman gave up one run and two hits in two innings with two strikeouts and two walks in the Cubs’ 5-3 victory over the Oakland Athletics.
