Dart seeks help locating alleged sex-abuse victims
CHICAGO — The Cook County Sheriff's office is seeking the public's help in locating possible victims of a Des Plaines man who allegedly sexually abused girls.
Authorities on Feb. 20 charged 50-year-old Pareshkumar Desai with multiple felony counts of sexual assault and sexual abuse. He is being held in lieu of $900,000 bond.
The sheriff's office says a relative of a 9-year-old girl contacted police after the girl revealed Desai had inappropriately touched her.
