To the Editor:

Elizabeth Helt, a volunteer with Family Health Partnership Clinic, organized a giving tree donation drive between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. She coordinated with several local businesses: Benedict’s La Strata, Crystal Lake Bank and Trust, Read Between the Lynes, and Three Brothers restaurant.

This partnership and the generosity of the public made this drive a very successful venture for the clinic! Various clinic needs were collected, such as medication gift cards, pantry food items and much-needed office supplies. We, the clinic staff and patients, thank Elizabeth and the businesses for working together to provide for those who are less fortunate in our community.
