D.J. Moore, Bears part ways
CHICAGO – D.J. Moore and his swirly haircut will be playing elsewhere next season.
Moore, a nickelback who spent the past four seasons with the Bears, said Monday that the team was not interested in re-signing him as an unrestricted free agent. He wrote on Twitter that general manager Phil Emery “said he [didn’t] want me back.”
The announcement was not a surprise given Moore’s late-season benching.
