Centegra sponsors free lectures in March

CRYSTAL LAKE – Centegra Health System will host two free wellness lectures in March. Community members are welcome to hear physicians speak about migraine relief and common foot and ankle conditions.

Those suffering from chronic migraines know how debilitating they can be. Dr. Paul L. Grindstaff, a neurologist on staff at Centegra Physician Care, will discuss treatment options for chronic migraines. “Migraine Relief” will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center – Huntley, 10450 Algonquin Road.

Common injuries to the foot and ankle can pose many problems to one’s lifestyle. Dr. Patrick McEneaney, an independent podiatrist on the medical staff at Centegra Health System, will explain prevention, diagnosis and treatment of common foot and ankle pain. “Give Foot Pain the Boot” will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 18 at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center – Crystal Lake, 200 Congress Parkway.
