Legislative box score

To the Editor:

I have a suggestion for the Northwest Herald and other major newspapers. How about making it a little easier for your readers to view and keep track of how their representatives are voting on significant federal and state legislation?

I can search the Internet or dig through a news article to find the information that may or may not be reported there, but I think it would be helpful and convenient to be able to open my newspaper and keep tabs on how my representatives have voted on major issues such as tax reform, the fiscal cliff, gun control, and immigration reform.
