Estate planning to be subject of MCC seminar
CRYSTAL LAKE – The Friends of McHenry County College Foundation continues the MCC Educational Seminar Series at 6 p.m. March 21 on “Five Critical Estate Planning Documents that Everyone Should Have” in the Scot Room, located in the rear of the cafeteria, at McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14.
The guest speaker will be Jeffrey Gottlieb, attorney for the Law Offices of Robert H. Glorch in Palatine. He will explain how the five following estate planning documents are critical for everyone to have completed: will, living trust, beneficiary designations, power of attorney for property and medical directives (commonly known as power of attorney for health care and living will).
The seminars are free and open to the public.
