To the Editor:

It is that time of the year again when the Crystal Lake Kiwanis Club rallies its troops and asks for you to assist us in raising money to find a cure for pediatric cancer.

We have done well in raising thousands of dollars in the past three years to find a cure. (Our dedicated McHenry neighbors to the north have really excelled with both high schools and the town combining efforts to raise the much-needed funds. Hats off to them.) In Crystal Lake, the Crystal Lake South Key Club is participating again with its students as well.
