Candidate Mahady has experience, dedication

To the Editor:

I tend to follow Republican lines, but as a village trustee I am a community servant first and foremost, here to serve and represent the people that elected me.

The McHenry Township assessor’s position, like mine, is certainly nonpartisan and has nothing to do with party affiliation. Mary Mahady has never hidden anything; ask anyone that knows her.

I met Mary 12 years ago as a rookie Realtor. Since Day One she was there to help, clarify, teach and mentor. Mary’s qualifications, skill set and character speak loudly. Her many years of experience as a Realtor and Board of Review member for 13 years leaves no doubt in my mind that she is not only extremely qualified, but will work diligently to ensure fair and equitable results for the taxpayers.
