To the Editor:
Bob Rozycki had a winner of an idea in his recent letter to the editor.
He suggested the Northwest Herald collect and publish how our state and congressional legislators voted on the bills presented to them. It would be a legislative scorecard or box score, so to speak.
It’s a great idea and would be an excellent service for all Northwest Herald readers.
(Note to readers: The Northwest Herald began publishing how congressmen who represent McHenry County voted on major bills in Opinion on March 9. It publishes on Saturdays as votes warrant. It is exploring ways to provide the same information for state lawmakers.)
