Otto concert to benefit Habitat for Humanity

ELGIN – Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley presents James Otto in concert at 8 p.m. April 5 at the Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin. 

Otto is a country music star with a powerful voice that draws in listeners even if they are not country music fans.  

Otto has played for the troops in Iraq and Kuwait, and is helping Habitat for Humanity raise funds.  

Tickets may be bought at www.hemmens.org. Ticket prices range from $20 to $40.  

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that transforms lives through affordable homeownership. Habitat rehabs and builds homes for low-income families and, upon completion, sells the homes at no profit with interest-free financing.  

Concert proceeds will help build homes locally.
