Judge upholds firing of Drew Peterson's son
WHEATON – A judge has upheld the firing of Drew Peterson's son as a police officer.
DuPage County Judge Terence Sheen ruled Monday that Oak Brook fire and police commissioners acted appropriately in firing Stephen Peterson.
He was dismissed in 2011 because the board of commissioners determined he obstructed the investigation into the disappearance of Drew Peterson's fourth wife by hiding his father's guns.
